Sharing Resources Clearinghouse Forms Being part of the Sharing Resources Clearing House is EASY! Fill out the appropriate form below, depending upon what you want to do. Membership Organization Registration Use this form to register your organization, so we can issue you a User ID and Password for the Clearinghouse. Assets Submission Form Use this form to tell us what you have to share! Fill out a separate form for each asset you want to list in the Clearinghouse. Remove An Asset To remove your asset from the listing, fill this out, and tell us why – so we know what happened. Evaluation Form Tell us about your experience!
